Job Posting: Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Are you a skilled infrastructure engineer with a passion for optimizing IT environments? We are looking for an experienced professional to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems, focusing heavily on cloud and on-premises technologies. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring stability, efficiency, and operational excellence in our organization’s IT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and optimize infrastructure systems, including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, network, storage, and cloud services.
- Manage endpoint devices and ensure seamless mail delivery with Microsoft 365, focusing on InTune and Exchange Online.
- Develop and implement monitoring strategies to maintain infrastructure integrity and performance.
- Apply PowerShell scripting to automate processes, improve workflows, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Oversee identity and access management through Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring user access security and continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, communicate, and resolve technical challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge within the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly in endpoint management and email delivery. They should demonstrate advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and possess extensive experience in identity management through Active Directory and Azure AD. Additionally, strong capabilities in managing both Windows and Mac environments, along with iOS mobile devices, are highly desired. This individual will play a key role in maintaining infrastructure stability and driving process improvements across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles, OR 10-12 years of progressive IT experience, with a strong focus on cloud and endpoint management.
- Expertise in both on-premises and cloud-based systems, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components.
