Position Overview:
We are seeking an AI Implementation Architect to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with business systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI architecture, machine learning, and data science, with a focus on delivering scalable, ethical, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Build and maintain data and AI infrastructure systems, including model selection/versioning, feedback capture, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- System Integration: Develop AI solutions that complement existing systems to enhance business functionality.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, enterprise architects, and stakeholders to create and deploy AI models that address business needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and reliable while producing ethical and unbiased results.
- Governance: Implement robust monitoring, governance, and transparency mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or a similar role with hands-on implementation of production-level AI solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, along with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience in prompt flows, prompt engineering best practices, and AI patterns (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)).
- Expertise in deploying data products on public cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with vector databases, search indexes, and embeddings.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning methodologies (e.g., PEFT) is a plus.
- Experience with API architecture and design is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI, data engineering, or cloud computing are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance.
