Job Title: IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining governance and disaster recovery programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure program objectives are met. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can pivot effectively to find solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and communicate the goals and activities of IT Risk Management and Governance programs.
  • Collaborate on disaster recovery plans for both SaaS and on-premises products utilizing diverse infrastructure resources.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing programs while integrating improvements into ongoing processes.
  • Maintain and optimize documentation across multiple programs, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular tabletop exercises using real-world scenarios to validate plans and processes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience analyzing end-to-end processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in situations requiring remediation or procedural changes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • Broad understanding of COBIT processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery role.
  • Familiarity with Riskonnect (formerly Castellan) is a plus.
