Change Enablement Analyst – Hybrid (Memphis, TN)We are seeking a Change Enablement Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on driving technology adoption and process improvements across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a professional with experience managing end-to-end technology change, ensuring smooth transitions, and developing training materials for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change enablement activities across multiple projects.
- Develop and execute change strategies to support new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and drive adoption.
- Create engaging communication materials and high-quality digital training resources.
- Monitor post-implementation adoption and identify opportunities for reinforcement training.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to streamline processes and optimize user experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in change enablement, change management, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of technology change, from awareness through monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and stakeholder impact.
- Ability to create digital learning resources, including self-service and virtual training content.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and technical writing.
- Familiarity with Agile environments, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office) is a plus.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proactive mindset who can analyze change impacts, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and produce high-quality training materials. This is a hands-on "doer" role rather than a consultant or facilitator position.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role requiring candidates to be local to Memphis, TN for on-site collaboration as needed.
