Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support a fast-paced Marketing organization by leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. This role plays a critical part in translating strategic objectives into well-structured project plans that balance scope, timelines, resources, and risk. The ideal candidate brings a pragmatic approach to Agile, using it as a guiding framework rather than a rigid methodology, and is comfortable partnering closely with creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
This position requires strong communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to influence and align teams across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities

Lead multiple marketing-related projects using core project management lifecycle principles including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Define clear project goals, scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria while supporting an iterative and adaptive delivery approach

Establish effective governance practices, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks

Track and report on project performance using key metrics to assess progress, quality, and team effectiveness

Utilize work management and collaboration tools to manage tasks, dependencies, milestones, and workflows while maintaining transparency

Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and visual summaries to provide clear visibility into project health

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed

Serve as the primary point of communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership

Partner closely with creative, content, production, product, technology, and analytics teams to align priorities and translate ideas into executable plans

Promote continuous improvement by incorporating evolving project management and Agile best practices

Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and levels of leadership to support successful cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills

Proven experience managing complex projects in a marketing or cross-functional environment

Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, applied in a practical and flexible manner

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and navigate competing priorities

Experience with project and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar platforms

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
