We’re working with a healthcare technology organization that’s building a modern, workflow-driven web application used by internal operations teams. They’re looking for a UI Designer who thrives in complex systems, not marketing pages.
This role focuses on high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, and building consistent design systems using Figma. You’ll work closely with a Lead UI Designer, project managers, and software engineers to turn complex workflows into intuitive, usable interfaces.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years designing web application UIs
• Strong Figma experience (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Portfolio showing real product work and end-to-end process
• Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven applications
Pittsburgh area (hybrid schedule) or possible Remote. Local candidates will be prioritized.
