Overview
We are seeking a Creative Production Manager with a strong focus on video production timelines and coordination. This role supports creative and content teams by managing production schedules, coordinating vendors, and overseeing end-to-end execution of marketing deliverables across video, print, and digital mediums. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative project management experience and production fluency, with the ability to keep complex projects moving efficiently from concept through delivery.
Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage production timelines for video-focused creative projects, with exposure to print and digital work as well

Coordinate internal creative teams including creative direction, design, writing, photography, and video

Manage external vendors, including sourcing, quoting, onboarding, and ongoing coordination

Oversee production workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with cost efficiency

Partner closely with internal operations, sourcing, legal, and finance teams to support procurement, contracts, and approvals

Track work across multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear documentation and status updates

Serve as a liaison between creative teams and production partners, translating creative needs into executable production requirements
Required Skills

Proven experience in creative project or production management, with an emphasis on video production workflows

Strong understanding of video, print, and graphic production processes, including sourcing and vendor management

Experience supporting high-volume creative teams in an agency or in-house environment

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail

Comfort working with project management and workload tracking tools

Strong communication skills, including the ability to “speak creative” and translate requirements across teams
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in video production, graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Familiarity with asset management, proofing, or digital asset management platforms

Exposure to procurement or purchasing systems and collaboration with legal and finance partners

Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, drive deadlines, and balance firmness with flexibility
