Job Title: Support Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Analyst to assist with real-time location systems (RTLS) and asset tracking operations within a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on maintaining tracking devices, supporting staff with badge-related needs, and ensuring accurate monitoring of equipment and personnel safety systems. This is a hands-on, onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and replace batteries in tracking devices and staff safety badges
- Check performance and status of RTLS hardware across assigned areas
- Assign and track staff safety badges while maintaining accurate records
- Review badge usage and follow up on inactive or unused devices
- Collect and redeploy unused badges
- Tag and track equipment and assets using the tracking system
- Perform routine system checks to ensure devices are functioning properly
- Support staff with badge-related questions, replacements, and troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed documentation of assignments, updates, and system activity
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, asset tracking, healthcare support, or a related field
- Experience working with hardware devices such as tags, badges, or sensors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with RTLS systems or asset tracking platforms
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Exposure to tracking dashboards or reporting tools
