Senior Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support within a professional corporate office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates effectively with leadership and staff, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and strong organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior leaders and staff
- Support day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and professional environment
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, team lunches, and departmental activities
- Maintain filing systems, records, and administrative documentation
- Process invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and budget tracking spreadsheets
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and onboarding materials
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and reporting needs
- Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues and coordinate vendor or service support as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level staff
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional education or certifications related to office administration
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, and executive logistics
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate office environment
