Overview
Our client is seeking an Employee Experience Analytics Advisor to support data-driven decision-making across employee experience, talent, rewards, and workforce initiatives. This role combines analytics, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver actionable insights that improve organizational effectiveness and employee outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex workforce data into meaningful business recommendations while helping build scalable reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex employee-related datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Develop analytical models and perform structured analyses to support workforce planning and business decision-making.

Provide analytics support across employee experience functions, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations that provide meaningful workforce metrics.

Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and deliver high-value analytical solutions.

Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests by refining business questions and providing actionable recommendations.

Support the development of self-service reporting tools and improved data accessibility.

Monitor data quality and help establish consistent reporting standards, metrics, and definitions.

Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, governance standards, and organizational policies.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and overall analytics efficiency.

Contribute to cross-functional projects and operational initiatives requiring workforce analytics expertise.
Required Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.

2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, workforce analytics, or a similar data-focused role.

Experience working with HRIS platforms and workforce reporting systems.

Proficiency in reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization tools.

Experience analyzing employee, talent, compensation, benefits, recruiting, or organizational data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday or similar systems.

Familiarity with employee feedback and survey platforms.

Exposure to data governance practices, data quality management, and privacy regulations.

Understanding of business continuity and operational resilience concepts related to data systems.
