IT Help Desk Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join a growing enterprise IT support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a long-term career in IT support.

As a first point of contact for end users, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring minimal downtime. Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

This is an onsite position with scheduled shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
