Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead a strategic initiative focused on building and scaling a modern design system across a portfolio of digital products. This role will partner with product, UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams to create a cohesive framework for reusable components, consistent user experiences, and scalable product development practices.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing digital products, user experiences, interface patterns, and prior design system efforts to identify opportunities for standardization.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand current experiences, challenges, and overlapping functionality.
- Identify common user journeys and define reusable UI components, patterns, and shared capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple products.
- Partner closely with UX leadership to translate design principles into scalable product requirements and component definitions.
- Develop a prioritization framework that balances business value, user impact, implementation effort, and reusability.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for component development, including scope, sequencing, and implementation priorities.
- Drive alignment across multiple product teams to reduce duplication and improve consistency throughout the digital portfolio.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI-assisted approaches for pattern identification, documentation, and design system optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve product analytics, usability measurement, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
- Experience working with design systems, platform products, shared services, or reusable component libraries.
- Strong ability to transform complex or ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements and execution plans.
- Experience collaborating across multiple product teams and functional disciplines to build alignment and consensus.
- Knowledge of reusable UI components and design patterns across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering closely with UX and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling enterprise design systems across multiple digital products.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product management workflows, automation, or systemization initiatives.
- Experience improving product analytics, user behavior measurement, or usability reporting.
- Background working within large, cross-functional digital product organizations.
