Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Memphis, TN preferred; fully remote candidates considered
Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer who can independently deliver platform enhancements, resolve production issues, and integrate Salesforce with other systems. Immediate work includes Apex enhancements and cleanup and significant integration work. You will partner directly with business stakeholders and support analysts, explain technical issues clearly, and own assignments through resolution. Memphis-area candidates able to work from the office one or two days per week are preferred; fully remote candidates will also be considered.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows.
- Investigate production issues, manage support tickets from diagnosis through validation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Develop and support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other systems.
- Design, document, test, and deliver new development and improvements to existing functionality.
- Review application errors and performance information, resolve technical issues, and document code and key processes.
- Collaborate with analysts, business users, and technical colleagues while managing work with minimal day-to-day direction.
- Apply established development, source control, security, and knowledge-transfer practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex Salesforce development, integrations, and production support.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems; no particular connected system is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and own support work through resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
- Familiarity with GitHub or another mainstream source control tool.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as Codex, Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable tools, to support coding work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or Agentforce.
- Experience with REST or SOAP services, continuous integration, or Azure services.
- Exposure to C#/.NET, SQL administration, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
