Job Description:

As the Quality and Reporting Advisor at the organization, you will be responsible for enterprise reporting for the ITS Division and assisting departments within ITS to implement processes that drive operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    1. Provides oversight in reporting of ITS systems and process management based on industry best practices. Integrates standardization of information and processes across ITS division to improve efficiency, performance, and productivity levels.
    2. Demonstrates the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; including written and verbal communications, visualizations, and reports which enables simplification of complex processes and/or solutions. Communicates with ITS senior management to assist in developing effective process vision, process strategy and process maturation.
    3. Recognizes, documents and addresses structural and procedural issues within the ITS Division. Works to eliminate or reduce functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies to improve efficiencies in how work is completed. Leads process development and optimization programs, including researching and resolution of issues identified in IT processes.
    4. Focuses on the implementation and deployment of reporting standards, metrics and dashboards. Educates others on the reporting processes to encourage achieving the desired results. Facilitates and drives meetings and working sessions that contain senior management/leadership
    5. Designs, builds, and manages the ITS Key Performance Indicators, Service Quality Dashboards, and ITS Service Level Agreements spanning both internal and external service providers
    6. Collaborates with others and directs cross-functional Service Improvement Programs to identify root cause, implement corrective measures and successfully restore performance according to agreements when performance issues arise.
    7. Provides leadership, guidance, and manages the implementation best practices and concepts throughout ITS to enhance the delivery of quality and efficient customer service.
    8. Collaborates to identify root cause of business and technical problems related to technology and/or processes and serves as an advocate and advisor for solution resolution. Provides oversight and monitors tasks to ensure the implementation of permanent corrective action.
  • Responsible for educating, tracking and reporting ITS Divisional metrics. Collaborate to provide accurate administrative metrics and communicate results to management
  • Develop templates and dashboards to communicate to target groups within and outside of the division.
  • Applies sound quality and process management methods, tools and techniques to support information systems that meet the needs and expectations of the organization.
  • Leads ongoing continuous improvement programs within ITS division to ensure comprehensive processes and standards are in place that promote industry best practices.
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
