Seeking a senior-level hands-on Project Manager with scrum master skills. Must be a self-starter, quick learner, great communicator, and with great presentation skills.
A Project Manager with experience managing large, complex projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The successful PM will be energetic, self-motivated, hands-on, and team-oriented with demonstrated success implementing technology solutions, process improvement ideas, and/or administering change management initiatives ideally in a manufacturing domain. An outstanding performer with a demonstrated ability to get things done quickly and effectively. Must be able to discover, analyze, and present data related to business operations clearly and concisely. Must be comfortable working within a technical team and with business executives to raise the bar on our project initiatives.
The PM will manage the development and implementation of all assigned application projects and will serve as a catalyst in delivering solutions to the various business units by being a good listener, and teacher, preferring a collaborative approach to problem-solving and has developed the technical, leadership, change management, and project management skills necessary to achieve results under tight deadlines without damaging relationships. This position will act as a conduit between the IT department, business units, product owners, and vendors to develop technical solutions to solve business needs.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Four-year degree required with a field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related experience
- Strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches with both Waterfall and Agile experience.
- Experience managing large complex software projects preferably in a manufacturing domain.
- Strong skills in Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Jira or similar tool
- Experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager across a number of large, complex projects in both Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience (2+ years) leading Agile/Scrum project activities
- Experience and background in Business Analysis
- Experience utilizing Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik (preferred but not required)
- Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems – platform that tracks sales, orders, inventory, and fulfillment (preferred but not required)
- PMP Certification (preferred but not required)

- Works with the IT team, Business Stakeholders, and Vendors to establish and manage projects from inception to delivery
- Leads pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility, and business case definition
- Analyzes operational data and assists with the creation of visualizations and KPIs
- Ensures requirements traceability through testing
- Leads organizational change management for large or complex projects
- Responsible for ensuring communications and alignment for both internal and external teams throughout the life of the project
- Plan and execute all related deliverables using a combination of Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
- Maintain visibility and accuracy of project details that are required by all stakeholders
- Accountable for successful solution deliveries including scope, time, and cost
- Manage release plans, change management, risk mitigation, and status reporting
- Generate status reports and process reports indicating velocity, burn-down, etc.
- Maintain relevant metrics that provide visibility into team performance and project status
- Participate in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
- Work to remove any impediments that are preventing forward movement on projects
- Leads determination of key information and analysis requirements and builds supporting information and decision support systems.
- Performs process modeling and process redesign
- Competent to work on all phases of systems analysis while considering business implications of the potential technologies to current and future business processes
- Actively supports corporate efforts, policies, and protocols for Security, Information Protection, and Threat Protection
