We’re hiring a Software Development Manager (Pittsburgh, PA)

Looking to take the next step in your career as a leader in software engineering? This role is all about building impactful enterprise systems in the healthcare/life sciences space while guiding a talented team of engineers.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a growing software engineering team

• Deliver enterprise-scale applications using Agile/Scrum + Microsoft tech stack

• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring complex ideas to life

• Explore and implement AI capabilities like predictive analytics & NLP

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in a team leadership role

• Strong Microsoft/Azure tech stack expertise 

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Great communicator and team builder

• (Bonus experience) Healthcare/Pharma or life sciences experience is a big plus; Exposure to AI/ML
