Senior Accounting Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Analyst to support a high-impact ERP transformation initiative. This role will play a critical part during the go-live and stabilization phase, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and continuity of accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in supporting accounting processes within evolving system environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day accounting operations during ERP go-live
• Perform parallel processing and reconcile data between legacy systems and new ERP platforms
• Assist with month-end close activities during system stabilization
• Identify, investigate, and help resolve data, system, and process discrepancies
• Document accounting processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition
• Work independently to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live stabilization efforts
• Exposure to modern ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion
