We’re hiring a WMS Application Support Analyst to support a critical warehouse management platform post-implementation. This role sits at the intersection of operations and IT — troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and helping optimize system performance.
Overview
You’ll take ownership of application support, working closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to keep systems running effectively and improve processes over time.
Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot warehouse management and related business applications
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions
Support testing and validation of system changes
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver enhancements
Required Skills
4+ years in application support, business systems, or similar role
Experience supporting a WMS system
Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data validation
Experience with Jira or similar tools
Solid understanding of system lifecycles and support processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with WMS platforms like Manhattan, Softeon, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar
Exposure to supply chain or operational environments
Experience supporting CRM (Salesforce) or enterprise applications
