Job Title: Digital Workplace Engineer – Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365Location: Memphis, TN | Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days from home; Wednesday onsite required
Overview
We are seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to administer and improve the endpoint and Microsoft 365 platforms employees use every day. The role combines hands-on Microsoft Intune work, enterprise application management, automation, and production support to keep workplace technology secure, reliable, and productive.The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central. The work calls for attention to detail, practical technical problem-solving, and an interest in continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, administer, and support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
- Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Provide operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform, coordinating with the teams responsible for platform development.
- Use automation to improve endpoint and Microsoft 365 operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve the reliability of workplace technology services.
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
