Job Description: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a knack for numbers and a proficiency in Excel. While experience is valuable, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and excel in a dynamic environment.


  • Communicate effectively with our merchants and vendors' accounts payable personnel.
  • Accurately enter and reconcile vendor invoices in Quickbooks Online (QBO) and receivers in Heartland POS Software.
  • Utilize Excel to manipulate data, create reports, and perform reconciliations.
  • Work with formulas and pivot tables to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit preparations.


  • Familiarity with Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
  • Previous experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO) is a plus, but not required.
