Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React/.NET)

Location: Memphis, TN or Remote (U.S.-based candidates)

Start Date: Immediate

Overview:

A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their agile development team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded engineer with strong expertise in React.js for front-end development and .NET Core with SQL Server for backend systems. You will have the opportunity to influence system design, build scalable solutions, and contribute across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, C#/.NET Core, and SQL Server.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality and backend services.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams in an agile environment.

• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with a focus on performance and security.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve both front-end and backend performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience building applications with React.js (hooks, component-based architecture, state management).

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience with C#/.NET Core and enterprise-level RESTful API services.

• Strong SQL Server skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.

• Solid understanding of API design best practices, integration strategies, and versioning.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing in a microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Exposure to SSIS or ETL workflows for data integration.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
