Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. Specialist, Experience Marketing to join a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team focused on delivering exceptional brand experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that deepen audience engagement and enhance brand loyalty. The Sr. Specialist will help drive the creative and operational processes behind marketing experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and align with key business goals.
Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of experience marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and audience insights

Lead cross-functional collaboration to coordinate messaging, logistics, and timelines across teams including creative, digital, and operations

Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and experiential projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact

Partner with stakeholders to build and refine integrated marketing plans that bring the brand to life through engaging, intentional touchpoints

Create and maintain documentation, visual presentations, and status reports for ongoing initiatives

Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to inform continuous improvement

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, maintaining alignment and accountability across workstreams
Required Skills

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles with a focus on experiential or integrated marketing

Proven ability to manage complex projects across departments in a matrixed environment

Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling content

Adept at building and maintaining relationships across teams and with outside partners

Demonstrated success leading marketing initiatives that span both digital and in-person touchpoints
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in event marketing, brand activations, or customer experience strategy

Familiarity with nonprofit, mission-driven, or high-volume marketing environments

Background working in a hybrid team structure with both creative and analytical responsibilities
