Marketing & Communications Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Project Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives and drive impactful campaigns. This newly created role will play a key part in shaping strategic messaging, overseeing content creation, and delivering high-quality marketing experiences that elevate brand presence across multiple business areas.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate brings expertise in marketing strategy, hands-on creative development, and the ability to translate technical input into compelling storytelling.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing project plans that align with organizational objectives.

Lead the creation of digital, print, video, and social media content to support campaigns, trade shows, events, and executive communications.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide clear, effective marketing solutions and serve as the point of contact on high-visibility projects.

Oversee the development of consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Provide hands-on support in visual content creation, including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.

Support trade show and event marketing initiatives, including planning and onsite coordination (10% travel required).
Required Skills

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management in a fast-paced or technical environment.

Proven experience leading marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.

Strong background in visual content creation (photography, video production, editing, and design).

Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify and elevate complex content.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on scope, budget, and timeline.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting trade shows, digital marketing campaigns, and/or web development projects.

Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.

Background or interest in technical, automotive, defense, or motorsports industries.
