Brand Media Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Media Manager to join a growing marketing and media team. This role will focus on managing creative asset workflows and trafficking across multiple paid media channels. The ideal candidate will bring a background in media operations or media coordination, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end creative asset workflows, including intake, approvals, and delivery using collaboration tools.

  • Oversee media trafficking operations: downloading final creative assets, preparing trafficking documents, and ensuring timely delivery to media partners.

  • Act as the central liaison between brand, creative, media teams, and external agencies for asset delivery.

  • Coordinate campaign execution across paid media channels including Linear TV, CTV, OTT, Paid Social, YouTube, and Audio.

  • Maintain media trackers, pacing documents, and trafficking logs to ensure accuracy and quality control.

  • Support monthly campaign reforecasting by collaborating with internal stakeholders and utilizing reporting tools.

  • Upload and manage audience data for campaign targeting and lookalike modeling.

  • Compile and analyze creative performance reports across platforms to identify actionable insights.

  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while implementing standards for asset specs, naming conventions, and workflows.

  • Contribute to the onboarding and documentation of media and creative operations processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media operations, campaign execution, or related roles.

  • Hands-on expertise with trafficking workflows, asset management systems, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience collaborating with media agencies and managing delivery across multiple paid channels.

  • Familiarity with media planning or analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and creative collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike, Figma, Adobe Workflow, Miro/Whiteboard).

  • Knowledge of social media ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ad trafficking and media asset management.

  • Background in both creative and media operations workflows.
