Overview

We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to support high-volume print and design initiatives within a fast-paced creative environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring creative projects are executed on time, on budget, and at a consistently high quality. The ideal candidate brings strong production management experience, a deep understanding of print and design workflows, and the ability to confidently coordinate across creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage print and design production workflows across multiple creative projects

  • Coordinate with internal creative teams including design, writing, photography, and video to support seamless execution

  • Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and efficiency

  • Oversee vendor coordination, production timelines, and quality standards

  • Manage production documentation, vendor paperwork, and approval processes

  • Support cost control and compliance by working closely with sourcing, legal, and finance partners

  • Proactively identify risks, mitigate delays, and reduce operational bottlenecks

  • Maintain organization and clarity across a high volume of concurrent projects with tight deadlines

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative production management, creative project management, or a related role

  • Strong background supporting creative teams in either an agency or in-house environment

  • Hands-on experience managing print and design-focused projects

  • Ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing deadlines, budgets, and quality

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and external partners

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with creative asset or workflow management tools, including digital asset management systems and creative review platforms

  • Exposure to procurement or purchasing systems and basic contract processing

  • Strong understanding of print production processes and vendor management
