M365 AI Administrator
Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid Onsite)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 AI Administrator to support the administration, governance, and enablement of enterprise AI platforms. This role will focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, ensuring these tools are configured, governed, and adopted effectively across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative position that blends platform administration, AI governance, and hands-on enablement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving responsible AI usage, supporting internal teams, and helping scale AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
- Manage tenant configurations, licensing, environments, and feature enablement
- Establish and enforce AI governance standards, policies, and usage controls
- Monitor platform health, adoption, and compliance across AI services
- Evaluate platform updates and assess impact on configuration, governance, and adoption
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, governance processes, and user support
- Partner with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to align AI solutions with enterprise policies
- Provide hands-on support and design guidance for teams building AI agents and solutions
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs
- Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for AI platform usage
- Manage escalations and resolve AI-related technical issues
- Build and track reporting dashboards for AI adoption, usage trends, and compliance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in IT, cloud, or platform administration roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
- Solid understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments
- Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or APIs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support both technical and non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI services
- Experience working with Microsoft consulting partners
- Background in change management, enablement, or enterprise technology adoption
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and emerging AI regulations
