Job Title: Russian-Speaking Global Partnerships Coordinator
Location: Memphis, TN preferred; remote candidates may be considered
Overview
We are seeking a Russian-speaking Global Partnerships Coordinator to support international foundation partners across Europe and Central Asia. This role will serve as a key liaison between a mission-driven organization and its international partners, helping strengthen communication, support partner development, and coordinate global programs and initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with relationship management, program coordination, translation, and cross-cultural communication experience who enjoys working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned international foundation partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders through regular meetings, calls, and ongoing communication.
• Provide verbal and written Russian translation support during meetings, workshops, training sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Support partner assessments and help identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Assist with reports, recommendations, and strategic planning materials for leadership.
• Coordinate educational programs, coaching initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate partner information, updates, priorities, and challenges within CRM systems.
• Organize logistics for international meetings, travel, workshops, and special events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support global initiatives and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, relationship management, nonprofit operations, international business, or a related field.
• Fluent in Russian, both written and verbal.
• Ability to provide real-time translation and communication support in professional settings.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
• Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
• Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with international partners, foundations, or nonprofit organizations.
• Exposure to fundraising, marketing, public relations, or organizational development.
• Additional language skills.
