ServiceNow Developer
Location: Memphis, TN | Onsite Preferred
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help expand and improve an established ServiceNow environment. This role will focus heavily on developing forms, workflows, automations, catalog items, and portal-based request experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IT Service Management, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building practical ServiceNow solutions and helping shape a platform for future growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance forms, workflows, and automations within ServiceNow
- Develop and maintain ITSM solutions related to incidents, requests, and other core service management processes
- Create and support Service Catalog items, request forms, and portal-based workflows
- Use Flow Designer to automate business and IT processes
- Improve the usability, functionality, and scalability of the existing ServiceNow environment
- Ensure new development aligns with the organization’s future CMDB architecture
- Troubleshoot platform issues and recommend practical improvements
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, and development changes
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow development experience, including JavaScript and platform scripting
- Strong experience with ITSM, particularly incident and request management
- Experience building forms, workflows, and process automations
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Experience developing and maintaining Service Catalog items
- Experience supporting portal-accessible request forms and workflows
- Ability to gather requirements and turn business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations
- Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST APIs or related ServiceNow integration tools
- Ability to work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing solutions that align with CMDB architecture and best practices
- Knowledge of CMDB planning, implementation, or data relationships
- Familiarity with ServiceNow portal development and user experience improvements
- ServiceNow certifications or relevant platform training
- Experience improving or expanding an established ServiceNow environment
